GOOD FRIDAY!
i've been very bus this week. like really busy!
monday, after school went home got ready and went to CC to study. did DNT, had dragon training by ourselves.
tuesday, after school went home to like bath and went for dragon boat training @ water venture. went for swimming test at fair way country club. i passed! back to water venture for training. down to boat immediately. zhenghan and me was pacer. fun :D gotta work harder!
wednesday, went home after school. changed up and went to CC again. met guoqiang for dinner. did my maths. training by ourselves again. work hard for competition!
thursday, after school went home, and went for dragon boat training. i did land training today. supershag! we did 3 sets of (30xpumping, 20xabs rotation, 30counts of 8 jumping jack, 30xcrunches, 20xluanchers) everything X 3! after all this, still not over! 5sets of 2 pull ups, meaning to be 25pull ups. did jogging also. guowei and the rest got to row. aww! sad.after dragon boat training went to CC for dragon dance training. 7-10pm. did push ups again not forgetting jogging. dragon training till like sweat alot, guoqiang and me took off our shirts. in the end coach requsted all to strip everyones shirt. cool! public started taking photos. what the hell right! chatted after training till like 11? accompanied guqiang for his "dinner" then mak guoqiang and I strolled to lakeside MRT and i took cab home. conclusion! i did alot of push ups today. happy to say, i did them all. i was maybe very hungry for push ups.
