alright. i'm gonna update. friday, after work went vivo find chermaine and elwyn. then waited for guowei to come over. lastly followed by lawrence. went for sakea sushi. then i was like talking to the waitress in japanese. haha.was high la. thats why. after dinner went fetch lawrence sister at joo chiat. then went east coast park see 9 wang ye. in the end went off early and din manage to see. slacked at lawrence's sister house. waited for weitian and headed off to cathay for movies. watched brothers. kinda boring. then we went home after that.

went for lion dance training at CC. so damm boring. like training stupid things. went to gym after training with freddy. after gym met woonguek. like funny huh. got woonguek. went west coast kopitiam slack. waited for lawrence to come down. met weitian at lot1, went to eat prata at some place i forgot. then send woonguek to jurong west. send weitian home. met yi sun at below weitian's house, went west coast mac chit chat. home! '
been going gym after work everyday. like so on already. gonna get my protein soon already. hope it really helps. tmr will be jogging and sentosa. :D
